VISIT THE FACTORY WITH CUSTOMER

In order to show customer the most advanced glass production equipment, our company decided to lead customer to visit a factory, which is also our customer. The equipment used in it is developed and produced by us.

June and lydia came to introduce the customer one by one.From how the production line works, to how to safely dispose of it after the glass is made, in terms of quality inspection, by visiting the factory, it intuitively reflects the standardization of glass production.For example, the glass corner protective cover with glass configuration and the use of electric sparks after the manufacture of insulating glass to detect whether there is oxygen inside the glass.The equipment used in the customer's factory is from many years ago, not the latest equipment in our company, which also reflects the quality of our equipment and long service life.

The equipment can make products of various shapes and specifications.

Lead customer to the production line display area. Here, customer has witnessed the fully automated production process from raw materials to finished products. He can clearly see the flexible assembly of the robot arm, and the intelligent testing station strictly check the quality of each product. 

The activity of leading customer to visit the factory was a complete success. Through field visits and exchanges, we not only showed our production strength and technical level to customer, but also deepened the understanding and trust between the two sides.
