• 01 transfer section
01 transfer section is inclined vertical structure. The transmission roller is wear- resistant, acid and alkali polyamine grease roller, adopting the stepless frequency conversion speed regulation and the glass can run smoothly at the appropriate speed. The foot switch can according to the work situation start and stop transmission at any time. The low-e detection and alarm system can accurately detect whether the coating surface of the coated glass is properly placed.If not, the buzzer alarm is reported and the transmission is stopped.

02 washing&drying section is inclined vertical structure. The control box is arranged on the outside of the washing section.
The cleaning section and water tank are made of 304 stainless steel and corrosion- resistant materials. The roller is an acid and alkali rubber roller, which is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the glass.
Adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, the glass can run smoothly at the right speed.
The cleaning section has three pairs of soft brushes with high pressure water sprayer to clean, can clean low-e glass;
The drying section has a pair of slanting blades with a partition board, which automatically adjusts the distance between the two blades according to the thickness of the glass, ensuring the air drying effect.
Fan is 15KW variable frequency fan.When blowing dry small glass, the fan is in low- frequency operation, the wind knife only use the lower half of the wind knife, not only reduces the energy consumption greatly, but also does not affect the wind drying effect.
The waterway system consists of two separate water circulatory systems: the first level cleaning of the waterway system, secondary rinsing waterway system, the glass first washed by the first grade clean water, and then washed by the rinsing water.
Washing section
• Using 6 pieces of soft brushes, can wash low-e glass clearly
• It is made of 304 stainless steel, the brush bearing is made of Harbin stainless steel, which is famous in China;
• Using Europe's advanced anti-noise system to create a good working environment
for employees, the noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear and sponges.
Drying section
New air knife uses aluminum profile (Duckbill Air Knife), the size of the air outlet is adjusted by the aluminum profile duck beak. This can reduce the number of adjusting screws, ensure that each screw is not loose, and avoid the resonance of the air knife.
• The air knife can automatically adjust the width of the air knife according to the glass thickness
The special structure inside the washing machine can automatically recognize glass thickness. Allowing different thicknesses of glass to be transferred quickly, increasing production speed. According to the test, it takes only 22s to produce a 1m*1m insulating glass.
1). There is a universal joint device, when the glass thickness was changed, the wind knife will move forward and backward to adjust the distance so that the relative distance between the wind knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid damage to the glass due to the changes of the glass thickness.
2). There are chain gears on both sides of the bottom of the glass to actively transfer the glass which can keep a fast speed, not only the large size, small size glass can also be passed quickly.

As different countries have different water quality, in order to ensure that the glass is washes clearly enough, adopting air heating system, to use soft water to wash glass. What’s more, using water filter system to make water recycling, save water and keep the water clear.

04 inspection and frame section is inclined vertical structure. The transmission roller is wear-resistant, acid and alkali polyamine grease roller, adopting the stepless frequency conversion speed regulation and the glass can run smoothly at the appropriate speed.The positioning device is divided into two parts. When making the small size glass, the first half aluminum frame is not positioned and only the second half of the aluminum frame is positioned under the aluminum frame. The digital display on the handwheel shaft can accurately adjust the glass side positioning and the positioning of aluminum frame to adjust the depth of the two components polysulfide.High quality inspection lamp can clearly inspect the cleaning quality of glass.
The new structure of this section is changed to an inline beam lifting structure (double beam). It is easy to inspect and wipe the glass.

06 pressing section is used for the pressing and flat of insulating glass and the flat pressure.Both of two actions are completed in this part, which greatly reduces the structure length of the whole insulating glass production line.
The glass is supported and transmitted by the polyurethane roller. The transmission roller is driven by the motor through the frequency conversion speed, which is driven by the chain wheel. The fixed rear pressure plate is equipped with air cushion device to assist the glass conveying. The air cushion gas source is filtered by high precision filter. The wind control system is adjusted according to the working condition of the glass. The movable front presser is equipped with a suction device that can hold the glass firmly. Glass slice and flat pressure by the hydraulic pressure drive control activities before the synchronous transmission shaft of the compressor, ensure that two pieces of glass can safely and balanced portfolio and according to set the time and pressure roller, hydraulic system can automatically according to the size of the glass to provide four kind of pressure, different specifications of the hollow glass can according to the required pressure roller, conform to the requirements of insulating glass.
Both of the parameters of left and right orientation of the glass side and glass positioning up and down direction are set according to the user's requirements. The servo system can accurately perform the setting parameters.
